REGISTRATION and RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: CREATE ACCOUNT / LOGIN - If you are new, create an account and login in order to view and complete the online registration form below.  If you are renewing your subscription, login to fill out the registration form.

STEP 2: COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION BELOW - Complete all the form fields below. The fields listed with a red asterisk (*) are required. Hit the "SUBMIT" button when complete.

STEP 3: CHECKOUT AND PAY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION FEE ONLINE - Complete the checkout and pay the annual membership subscription fee online. You will receive an email confirming your purchase with information about how to get your program started.  Go to the store and start ordering your products.  Within 2 to 3 business days, you will receive information to access the member only online store specific to the programs you purchased, your own personal profile to access the online resources corresponding to your program, and our National Trainer will be reaching out to see how we can support.  So happy to have you part of the team!
